Nadine Doyle helps Portuguese food producers build brand recognition in English-speaking markets through strategic recipe development and food storytelling.

With a culinary diploma from Liaison College and a nutrition degree from the University of Guelph, Nadine spent many years developing recipes and food content for major Canadian brands including the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and President's Choice. She created hundreds of original recipes that balance nutrition credibility with home cook accessibility—exactly the bridge Portuguese products need to reach North American consumers.

As a former luxury hospitality executive and EOS business consultant, Nadine brings strategic thinking to food content creation. She's worked at the executive level with companies across North America, understanding both the culinary details that make recipes work and the business objectives that make content perform.

Now based in Northern Portugal at The Quixote House, Nadine creates recipe portfolios, food photography, and educational content that translate Portuguese authenticity for consumers in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

 

Her work helps Portuguese olive oil producers, conservas brands, and specialty food companies compete with Italian and Spanish brands for shelf space and consumer trust in English-speaking markets.
